In man's hand was best for lies and cries take nest As a bird of deepest black The raven of raped innocence Lost grace and became But a crow All faith sripped What hope can there surely be, For a people, lost as we? Away they fly now Hedonism rampant Like the lost toy of a child, Sanity tossed aside An orgy of the mind Bonded with the flesh. Now no longer Will they ponder History; what a mystery!
